Georgian President Salome Zurabishvili has shown solidarity with representatives of different media outlets taken to hospital for treatment.

The president condemned violence and voiced concerns over the latest developments in Tbilisi.

''I have visited the victims today. Four representatives of media outlets were hospitalized, with one of them already discharged.

Under these circumstances, we no longer know what our main values are, and, as it appears, we have forgotten tolerance which we have had for centuries.

This is absolutely unacceptable for me. This is not the Georgia I know, and these are not our traditions, religion, or the future we seek for this country.

We cannot achieve anything with confrontation,'' Salome Zurabishvili said, adding that people must learn to listen to each other and live together peacefully.

Anti-Pride rally participants have physically abused journalists and operators outside the parliament in Tbilisi.

The investigation has been launched.
