According to Ekaterine Tikaradze, the Minister of Health, rapid tests will arrive in Georgia tomorrow.
Tikaradze noted that the tests got selected with the help of American and Korean specialists. These tests provide 100 percent accuracy in detecting the disease within the first days of infection.
"Our tests reveal the disease, from the onset of the symptom or the eighth day after the onset of the disease, so the patient should not be examined on the first day. Tests available from tomorrow will detect the disease from day one," Ekaterine Tikaradze said.
