The director of Lagodekhi Public Health Service, Nunu Nozadze, does not confirm the spread information to report.ge that a patient infected with the coronavirus died due to a lack of places in Lagodekhi.
According to Nunu Nozadze, the spread information is not correct, and the dead 60-year-old man was undergoing treatment at the Archimede Clinic.
The medical director of the Lagodekhi Archimedes clinic also disagreed with the spread information.
According to Nikoloz Karalashvili, the patient received appropriate treatment at their clinic; however, he could not be saved.
"It is a lie that there was no place in the hospital, of course, this person was treated in the clinic, the relevant agency will talk about additional details," Karalashvili stated.
It got reported today that a 60-year-old infected man in Lagodekhi could not receive appropriate medical care due to a lack of places in the clinic and died as a result.
