Anti-Namakhvani HPP rally participants have returned from Tbilisi to Gumati and closed the village's entrance.
Rally organizer Varlam Goletiani said that they are blocking roads for ENKA company vehicles.
''We have blocked the entire village to deny access to it to the company. Social mobility will not be anyhow restricted,'' Goletiani told journalists.
Rally participants left the capital for the village with the convoy, with their adherents meeting them with applause and cheering sounds.
''Rioni Gorge Guards'' are now in the vicinity of ENKA company's office. The police are deployed nearby.
Law enforcement officers blocked the highway to the Namakhvani village with the steel barrier.
