Ryanair, one of the world's largest airlines, has performed its first flight to Kutaisi International Airport, Georgia. The airplane of the company took off from Marseille.
From Nov 9, Kutaisi International Airport will offer another airline route, flight to Bologna, to its customers. Ryanair will perform flights twice a week to Marseille and twice to Bologna from David the Builder Kutaisi International Airport.
Georgia has held negotiations with Ryanair for almost ten years, with them having ended successfully on 21 August.
After The first flight, United Airports of Georgia Director Giorgi Chogovadze visited Kutaisi International Airport and went live to congratulate the Georgian people on Ryanair having performed its first flight in Georgia.
