The brother of Shanai Brook, an Australian woman, killed on Mtatsminda, has arrived in Georgia. Brooke's friends confirm the information. The murdered young woman's brother is unable to comment to the media yet due to a severe emotional background.
At the same time, Brook's friends are being questioned at the investigation agency.
"I was questioned yesterday; I was asked questions about Shanai. I saw a photo of a man I had never seen before. I do not know on what basis this photo was made. Her parents could not come to Georgia, but her brother did," said Brooke's friend.
Australian Shanai Brooks has been wanted since July 30. The body of a teacher was found in Tbilisi on July 31. Friends said that during the last conversation, she was screaming and asking for help; the corpse had multiple injuries.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the investigation into the case of an Australian citizen who died in Tbilisi continues under the article of premeditated murder.
