Georgian singer Anzor Erkomaishvili will be buried in the Pantheon of writers and public figures on Mtatsminda today.
He died at the age of 80 of the novel coronavirus.
Erkomaishvili was a musician, folklorist, and honored artist of Georgia. He directed the Rustavi ensemble.
Erkomaishvili was an honorary citizen of Tbilisi, and last year Georgian President Salome Zurabishvili awarded him the Order.
