A six-grader at Tbilisi School No.52 has tested positive for the novel virus. Nani Giorgadze, the school principal, has confirmed this information. The child contracted the virus from his older brother.
The headteacher said that, following recommendations by the NCDC, suspension of classes is not mandatory. Disinfection efforts, however, have already been made inside the building.
