Stink bug has reappeared in the Samegrelo region of Georgia. Locals say the bugs have been detected in the towns of Khobi and Poti.
The National Food Agency reports that Georgia continues combating against the bugs, adding the 90% of the insects have already been destroyed.
As the local residents report, stink bugs destroy hazel-nut and persimmon.
The stink bug was first detected in Georgia in 2015 and seriously affected the harvest across the country.
