According to the Ministry of Health, based on the order of the Minister, the term of receiving the so-called booster dose in Georgia has been reduced from 6 to 5 months.
According to the agency, Pfizer booster treatment can be done at least five months after completing the initial vaccination course, which is calculated from the date of the second dose.
For those vaccinated with Sinovac and Sinopharm, the booster can be given at least three months after the start of the initial course of vaccination.
The same or a different vaccine can be used as a booster.
