According to Marina Ezugbaia, medical director of Tbilisi Infectious Disease Hospital, six new sources of coronavirus infection became known; they had contact with the last two infected.
Four of the newly infected are at Gori Hospital and 2 in the First University Clinic.
"Of the 97 confirmed cases, 47 are at our hospital. The source of one more patient who arrived yesterday is England," Ezugbaia said.
According to her, 6 out of 97 patients are in critical condition, but two of them got stabilized yesterday.
"Four of these six serious patients are at the Infectious Diseases Hospital in Tbilisi. We cannot say that their situation improved, as today will be the second day of the assessment of both subjective, objective, and laboratory data, and if the situation remains stable today, perhaps we should expect the improvement," Ezubgaia noted.
Six new cases of coronavirus confirmed in Georgia, and the number of infected increased to 97. The information got posted on the website created by the government stopcov.ge.
According to the same website, 18 patients recovered. There are 4876 persons in the quarantine regime and 264 under inpatient care.
