“Georgia is considered a low-risk level country, and a virus-free zone, though the virus risk remains.” – says the Head of the National Center for Disease Control, Amiran Gamkrelidze.

Amiran Gamkrelidze calls for the media companies to use the so-called “Primetime” to inform the population based only on accurate and proved data and information. For it, he recommends checking the information placed and updated on the web site of NCDC, WHO and other reliable sources. He declares the state is  ready to prevent the virus intromission virus into the country. He recommends the population to follow elementary hygiene rules and use protection aids when visiting crowded places. 

According to the latest information coronavirus killed 811 and infected is 37 198 people in China.
