Three houses were engulfed in flames and burned down in a matter of hours in the Baratauli village, Shuakhevi municipality, Georgia. Barns have also been burnt, with around 20 livestock killed in the fire.
The fire broke out late at night in the village, with 14 residents left homeless. They were provided with temporary housing.
The damage will be counted.
One-time assistance of GEL 15,000 has been allocated for each family whose houses were destroyed in the fire.
