The officers of Khashuri District Division of Shida Kartli Police Department detained Kh.N., born in 1993, S.N., born in 1991, and D.D., born in 1986 as a result of operative-investigative actions on charges of gang violence in Khashuri. The Ministry of Internal Affairs informed report.ge about the incident.
The investigation revealed that the accused physically assaulted A.P., born in 1947, in the village of Ali, Khashuri Municipality.
The investigation launched under Article 126, Part 1, Subparagraph "b" of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which stipulates gang violence.
The offense carries a maximum sentence of up to 2 years in prison.
