According to the Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, due to heavy snow and low temperatures, on the Gudauri (Posta) -Kobi section of the Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Larsi road of international importance, trailers and semi-trailers are prohibited.
The National Environment Agency reported that the traffic on the Gudauri (Posta) -Kobi section would be carried out non-stop, only through the avalanche protection tunnels.
The traffic of trailers, semi-trailers, and buses with a capacity of more than 30 seats in the tunnels will be carried out unilaterally.
The patrol police will supervise and coordinate the movement.
