According to the Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, traffic is free on the Gudauri(Posta) -Kobi section of the Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Larsi highway of international importance.
According to the National Environment Agency, the traffic on Mleta-Gudauri, Gudauri (Posta) - Kobi, and Stepantsminda-Larsi sections will be carried out in non-stop mode.
On the Gudauri (Posta) -Kobi section, traffic will be carried out only through avalanche protection tunnels.
The traffic of trailers, semi-trailers, and buses with a capacity of more than 30 seats will be carried out unilaterally in the tunnels.
The movement will be carried out under the direct supervision and coordination of the patrol police.
