According to them, the traffic was restored on the 8th kilometers of the Alpana-Tsageri highway due to the cleaning works. A landslide hit the mentioned section yesterday, March 26, and all types of traffic were banned until now.
According to the agency, as a result of the cleaning works carried out on the 98th kilometers of the Zugdidi-Jvari-Mestia-Lasdili highway (village Dizi) of domestic importance, the traffic was restored unilaterally (on one lane).
"We would like to remind you that a landslide hit this section this morning, due to which all types of traffic was banned," the Roads Department said.
