According to the Roads Department under the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, all modes of transport will be banned on the 143rd km section of the Tbilisi-Senaki-Leselidze road passing through the Rikoti tunnel. As the tourist season is near, road construction works are planned, and traffic will be banned from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. on 21-24 April.
Traffic will be allowed on the Rikoti tunnel bypass road.
The movement will be carried out under the direct supervision and coordination of the patrol police.
