The coronavirus pandemic has reduced the blood supply by 20-30% worldwide. Georgia, like a lot of other countries, is facing the challenge; however, despite all the obstacles, volunteer donors have kept donating blood to patients for whom their help is vitally important.
NCDC is launching the Volunteer Blood Donation campaign together with its sponsors.
Within the campaign, the Volunteer Donation Action is set to be held on 17 September in Georgia.
