"If you want to get information on the government's decisions on coronavirus restrictions, dial 144, but if you have questions on your health condition after showing COVID-19 symptoms, call 112," Natia Mezvrishvili, the head of the government administration, said.
Mezvrishvili pointed out that lots of people have called 112 to ask questions to which 112 operators cannot provide answers.
"I appeal to the public to refrain from making unnecessary calls. For example, do not call 112 if you cough just once. If you actually show symptoms, the list of which is available at the government's official website called StopCoV.ge, call 112 and leave time and space to those who actually need help. Most importantly, please, do not panic," Mezvrishvili declared.
