Gocha Korsantia, 35, trying to cross the occupation line on horseback, has reportedly passed today.
The patient was transported from Kutaisi to Tbilisi when his heart stopped.
The late young man residing in the occupied Gali region tried to reach the Georgian government-controlled territory on 24 May.
Gocha Korsantia was heading to the Jvari town from Abkhazia when he fell from a height of 150 meters into the precipice. He was taken to the Kutaisi Intervention Medical Center for treatment.
