Michael Ojo, the center forward of Partisans, died with heart failure during the training session.
In 2019 the Nigerian sportsman started his career with Serbian Rabotnichki and soon joined Crvena Zvezda. He soon became the African champion of Serbia. He won the Adriatic League and Super Cup.
The current summer, 27-year-old Ojo became an independent agent and trained individually in Partisans’ sporting ground. According to medics, he did not show a sign of life when delivered to the hospital.
