Five Georgians have so far competed in the 2021 European Wrestling Championship in Warsaw, with two of them reaching the semi-finals.
63 kg sportsman Leri Abuladze was beaten by his Russin rival (the final result 5-9).
Another Georgian athlete Iakob Kajaia (130 kg), defeated his Lithuanian rival in less than two minutes, with the final result of 9-0. The Georgian athlete will vie for victory in the finals; he will meet the Turkish wrestler.
Tornike Dzamashvili (87 kg) is still left with the chance of winning the gold. Georgian Zurab Datunashvili will also vie for gold on behalf of Serbia.
The finals will start at 8 p.m. tomorrow.
