"Dear friends, my mother has a coronavirus. We are fighting for her speedy recovery. She is in the intensive care unit. Thank you in advance for your prayers, positive energy, and love," the 40-year-old athlete wrote.
Before that, Ronaldinho himself had a coronavirus. According to the player, the disease was asymptomatic.
