The famous basketball edition Eurohoops named the ten most important transfers of the year in Europe. Tornike Shengelia's move to PBC CSKA Moscow is the leader of the top 10.
"There is no doubt that the first place in the top ten is occupied by the transition of the leader of Saski Baskonia, Shengelia to the Russian PBC CSKA Moscow. The team's game will change significantly and strengthen," Eurohoops wrote.
Tornike Shengelia has been competing in Saski Baskonia since 2014 and became the champion of Spain last season.
