Another 113 deaths got reported in Russia over the past 24 hours, bringing the death toll to 2,418. The operational headquarters set up by the Russian Federation to combat the spread of coronavirus revealed information about the new numbers.
In the last 24 hours, the number of infected people increased by 10,598 and reached 262,843.
A total of 58,226 patients defeated COVID-19 in the country.
Russia now holds second place in the world with the number of infected patients.
