At least 127 people have been killed in clashes between locals and the military in northern Sudan, which lasted for two days. France-Presse reported information about the incident.

The conflict took place due to the military operation in which weapons were to be confiscated from the population of the state of Warab. A group of young people refused to disarm, which escalated into clashes.
