Thirty-eight thousand Azerbaijanian citizens have signed on as soldiers, reports local media based on official information from the compulsory military service center.
The state service thanked the citizens for the patriotism.
Reminder: The situation on the Armenia-Azerbaijan border toughened on July 12. Both sides have victims.
Currently, it is a relative peace maintained on the border, though the general situation is still tense.
