Forty people were infected with coronavirus during the church service in Frankfurt, Reuters reports.
According to the Head of the Health Department, Rene Gottschalk, the service during which the people were infected took place on May 10 in a Baptist Church of Frankfurt.
“The majority of the infected are of light cases, only one person requires hospitalization,” – says Gottschalk.
Church services are allowed starting from May 1 in the Hesse State of Germany. The attendees must wear protective masks and maintain the distance.
