The amount of people who tested positive on the new coronavirus during the last day in Spain is 4,211, while the total number of infected patients reaches 208,389.
To date, 21,717 people died of COVID-19 in the country, including 435 during the past 24 hours.
The number of people who defeated the virus is 85,915 for now.
The first case of the virus in Spain reported on January 31. The number of infected people increased sharply since mid-March, which is why the authorities restricted movement and declared a state of emergency.
