A bomb explosion in Helmand province in southern Afghanistan killed five civilians, Anadolu news agency reports.
Reports say an explosive device was installed on the side of the road in the city of Lashkar Gakh and detonated while a civilian vehicle was driving through this section.
The Afghan authorities say the Taliban is responsible for the attack.
