On November 21, Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev hosted the Russian delegation headed by Russia’s Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu.
The Russian interagency delegation arrived in Baku from Yerevan, Armenia.
Reports say Shoigu said that Russian peacekeepers opened 23 block-posts in the Karabakh conflict zone and control all the highways to ensure security.
He said it means that Azerbaijan and Armenia are ready to put the long-lasting conflict to the end and start to regulate the situation.
