
A 5.6 magnitude earthquake hit north-west Greece on Saturday, causing destruction.
According to the Geodynamic Institute of Athens, the earthquake occurred at 2:49. The epicenter was 11 kilometers from Pargada coastal city and 316 kilometers from Athens.
ABC reports based on the local media that the disaster caused destructions in a little village of Kanalak, damaging several old, empty buildings. The new houses were less damaged. No victims reported.
