"Armenia is ready to start ceasefire talks mediated by the OSCE Minsk Group," the Foreign Ministry of Armenia released the information.
"We welcome the statements of the Minsk Group co-Chairs who have condemned the use of force in the conflict zone. Armenia is committed to resolving the conflict peacefully," the Armenian Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
The statement noted that Armenia is ready to work with the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group.
