Armenia will hand over 121 settlements to Azerbaijan. The local media spreads information based on the government of the country.
According to the published list, Azerbaijan will receive 52 settlements in Lachin district, eight in Martakert, 16 in Kelbajar, 29 in Hadrut, two in Shusha district, eight in Askeran district, and eight in Martuni district.
The list is accompanied by a statement outlining the rules for receiving assistance in the amount of 300 000 drams ($ 600) to citizens registered in areas under the control of Azerbaijan.
On November 9, the Prime Minister of Armenia, the President of Azerbaijan, and the President of Russia signed an agreement to transfer part of Nagorno-Karabakh and nearby areas to Baku.
