A boat overturned off the coast of Tunisia, killing at least 23 migrants. They were trying to get from Libya to Italy via the Mediterranean, Reuters reports.
"The Tunisian fleet rescued 70 migrants. Twenty-three of them could not survive. The boat was carrying more than 90 migrants. They were going to Europe from Libya," said a spokesman for the Tunisian Red Crescent.
