The acts of protest against the racism were prohibited by a local court for the coronavirus spread threat, though the court met the act organizers' demands and allowed the organization to organize the protest.

Protests across the country followed the death of African-American George Floyd during a police arrest in Minneapolis. Authorities in 40 cities, including New York and Washington, announced a curfew.

Four police officers got fired in connection with the case.

Three policemen have been charged with the murder of George Floyd; they were on the spot.

The trial of former police officer Derek Covin, accused of killing George Floyd, got postponed for a week. According to ABC News, the meeting will take place on June 8.
