The Central Election Commission of Belarus has announced the final results of the August 9 presidential election.
According to the results, incumbent President Alexander Lukashenko won with 80.1% of the vote. His main opponent Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya received 10.12% of the vote.
The opposition does not recognize the results and protests the election fraud with mass rallies.
