US President Joe Biden believes that Vladimir Putin is a murderer. He said this on ABC News.
Talking about the situation with Alexei Navalny, who was poisoned with Novichok type poison in August and put in a colony for 2.5 years after returning to Russia, a TV journalist asked Biden if he considered the Russian president a murderer.
"Yes, I do," Biden replied
The US President recalled one of the meetings with Putin, at which he told the Russian leader that he "had no soul." According to Biden, Putin looked at him and said, "We understand each other."
Biden noted that Putin "will pay the price" for the 2020 presidential election.
"You will soon see how this happens," Biden said.
