In the Democratic Republic of the Congo, the number of people infected with the Ebola virus has risen to 17. The World Health Organization announced the information about the new numbers.
According to the agency, there are no deaths reported in the last 24 hours.
Congo has 17 cases of Ebola, 14 of them confirmed, and three are still pending. Eleven infected died, with the mortality rate at 64.7%.
A new outbreak of Ebola has been recorded in the town of Mbandaka.
