"In the event of a long-term ceasefire provided by Armenia and commitment to it, Turkey and Azerbaijan will be able to take steps to normalize relations with official Yerevan," said Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu.
He said there is a positive agenda.
"We will coordinate these steps with Azerbaijan. Now a significant opportunity has arisen, and it should not be missed. There is a positive agenda, including transport, energy projects, and opening borders. Turkey continues to contribute to this positive agenda. We want a long-term ceasefire," he said, noting that Armenia must take these opportunities into account.
