The National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China reported about three new cases of coronavirus infection in the country.
One of the new cases got identified in Jilin province. The region borders Russia and North Korea. Authorities tightened control in the province, with the public transport restricted citizens can leave their homes only when necessary. The other two cases reported in neighboring Liaoning.
Twelve asymptomatic cases got detected in China, but the government does not register people like them.
There are a total of 82,929 cases of infection, with more than 78,000 patients recovered and 4,633 people dead.
