Colonel-General of the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry, Zakir Hasanov, held a meeting with the Azerbaijanian army's general officers, reports media based on the Ministry's information.
The Defense Minister said that recent data and information spread through media and the rhetoric of Armenian political bosses, mobilization activities in the region, and involvement of foreign forces, indicate that the enemy plans a large-scale provocation and the situation tenseness.
Taking the above into consideration, the Minister says that the military force and technique must be in full combat readiness to not only eradicate any provocation but to accomplish strict preventive measures. In parallel, particular attention must be paid to intelligence and combat support and the implementation of organized acts in all directions.
The Defense Minister assigned the officials to pay particular attention to the availability of weapons of war needed in the winter period, including guns, military, special equipment, and the health condition of the army men concerning the COVID-19 pandemic.
