Diplomats, ambassadors, military attaches, and heads of international organizations will get acquainted with the results of the rocket attack carried out by the Armenian side on the territory of Ganja and Mingachevir. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan will organize a tour to see the affected areas.
According to the Azerbaijani side, on October 11, after a humanitarian ceasefire agreement, a rocket attack got carried out on the second-largest city in Azerbaijan, Ganja, located far from the dividing line. Nine civilians were killed in the attack, 35 people injured, including children and adults.
