The Designated European Union Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Crisis in Georgia, Toivo Klaar, visited Azerbaijan this week.
Toivo Klaar will hold meetings with a number of officials in Baku.
Issues of cooperation between Azerbaijan and the European Union, current regional issues, as well as security and humanitarian situations on the ground will be discussed.
The visit will end on September 19.
