Europol warns of the possible appearance of the fake coronavirus vaccines, as mass vaccination across the EU started.
Europol head Catherine De Bolle says criminals may take advantage of the situation and try to profit.
She says advertisements by frauds have already appeared on social media. Catherine De Bolle warns the population not to buy any medications via such statements as the sellers will hide or sell dangerous drugs.
She noted that law enforcers should be ready to prevent attempted theft of the vaccine.
