The United States plans to launch a clinical trial of three coronavirus vaccines. The Wall Street Journal writes about the updated information regarding the studies.
According to the publication, in July, the company Moderna will test the vaccine on humans. In August, testing of the vaccine created with the participation of the University of Oxford and the British company AstraZeneca will begin, and in September, the testing of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine will take place.
About 30,000 people will take part in each sample trial. John Mascola, director of the vaccine research center at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, said the final stages of the experiments would be conducted in several US cities.
