"On December 10, Moscow will host the first meeting of the Regional Cooperation Platform in the "3 + 3" format, proposed by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, aimed at building lasting peace and stability in the South Caucasus," the Turkish Foreign Ministry spreads the information.
"Turkey will be represented at the meeting at the level of Deputy Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan, Armenia, the Russian Federation, and Iran by a delegation chaired by Deputy Foreign Minister, Ambassador Sedat Onal," the statement said.
Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov will represent Azerbaijan at the first meeting of the regional cooperation platform in the 3+3 format.
