Azerbaijani service members hoisted the flag of Azerbaijan in Zangilan and addressed the President of Azerbaijan.
"Dear Mr. President, Mr. Supreme Commander-in-Chief, following your order, we report that the city of Zangilan and surrounding areas have been liberated from occupation. At present, the Azerbaijani flag is waving here. Long live Azerbaijan! Long live the Supreme Commander-in-Chief! Karabakh is Azerbaijan!" Azerbaijani service members in Zangilan said in a statement.
