A telephone conversation was held between Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and Russia's Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
They discussed implementing the trilateral declaration of a ceasefire in Nagorno-Karabakh and the current situation in the region.
During the telephone conversation, the ministers confirmed the need to involve international organizations, including the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, in solving humanitarian problems in the region.
On November 10, 2020, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan, and President of Russia Vladimir Putin signed a Ceasefire agreement in Karabakh.
